Bij Foods & Goods houden we het graag simpel. Onze klanten bestellen online wat ze nodig hebben om hun zaak, club of team draaiende te houden. Jij zorgt dat alles achter de schermen soepel loopt. Van klantvraag tot offerte en van bestelling tot oplossing. Wat ga je doen? Als Binnendienst Medewerker Webshop ben jij één van de vaste aanspreekpunten voor onze klanten. Jij helpt ze via telefoon en mail, denkt mee en zorgt dat vragen snel worden opgepakt. Geen eindeloos gedoe. Gewoon duidelijk zijn, goed kunnen schakelen en zorgen dat het geregeld wordt. Dit ga je onder andere doen: - Je beantwoordt klantvragen via telefoon en e-mail. - Je verwerkt en controleert webshopbestellingen. - Je maakt offertes en volgt deze netjes op. - Je helpt klanten met vragen over producten, levertijden en bestellingen. - Je denkt mee met zakelijke klanten die iets specifieks nodig hebben. - Je ziet commerciële kansen en pakt deze op. - Je helpt bij retouren, klachten en servicevragen. - Je houdt klantgegevens en orderinformatie goed bij. - Je werkt samen met collega's van logistiek, inkoop en marketing. - Je maakt bestellingen gereed voor ons magazijn. - Kort gezegd: jij zorgt dat klanten snel en goed geholpen worden. Wie ben jij? Jij bent praktisch ingesteld en krijgt energie van klanten helpen. Jij werkt nauwkeurig, denkt vooruit en blijft rustig als er meerdere dingen tegelijk spelen. We zoeken iemand die: - HBO werk- en denkniveau heeft; - makkelijk contact maakt met klanten; - duidelijk schrijft en spreekt; - commercieel meedenkt; - netjes en nauwkeurig werkt; - snel kan schakelen; - goede kennis heeft van Google spreadsheet, Google drive en gmail. - goed Nederlands spreekt en schrijft, en zich goed redt in het Engels; - graag samenwerkt maar ook zelf dingen oppak...
