Als binnendienstadviseur zorgverzekeringen help je verzekeringsadviseurs met specialistisch advies, praktische oplossingen en een goede dienstverlening vanuit UPIVA. Jij zorgt ervoor dat zij hun klanten goed kunnen adviseren en maakt daarmee iedere dag het verschil. Bij ons draait het niet alleen om wat je kunt, maar ook om wie je bent. Jouw rol in het team Als binnendienstadviseur zorgverzekeringen ben jij een belangrijke schakel tussen UPIVA, zorgverzekeraars en onze relaties: verzekeringsadviseurs die via UPIVA hun klanten kunnen adviseren over zorgverzekeringen. Jij combineert inhoudelijke kennis met persoonlijk contact en zorgt ervoor dat onze relaties snel en goed geholpen worden. - Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bestaande en potentiële relaties en adviseert hen telefonisch en per e-mail over onze dienstverlening. - Jij ondersteunt verzekeringsadviseurs bij vragen over hun aanstellingen, de UPIVA-omgeving, provisie en andere zorgverzekeringsvraagstukken. - Jij stelt zelfstandig online portalen samen en zorgt voor een correcte administratieve afhandeling van de bijbehorende contracten en wijzigingen. - Jij signaleert problemen en lost deze waar mogelijk zelfstandig op, bijvoorbeeld in samenwerking met zorgverzekeraars. - Jij werkt mee aan verschillende projecten, zoals het overvoeren van portefeuilles en het verwerken en opscho...
