Over het bedrijf: Biological Youngplants is specialist in het biologisch opkweken van jonge planten. Kruiden, sierteelt, zoete aardappel en wasabi: alles 100% puur natuur. Ze hebben een sterke naam opgebouwd in zowel de biologische als de conventionele sector. En jij kunt daar een sleutelrol in spelen! Jouw rol: - Het aansturen van een klein, vast team met uitbreiding in de piekperiodes - Het analyseren van de gewasgroei en tijdig bijsturen - Werken met natuurlijke middelen: biostimulanten, nuttige insecten en biologische oplossingen - Teelt van o.a. kruiden, sierteelt, zoete aardappel en wasabi - Wekelijks steksteken, bewortelen, oppotten, orders rapen en afleveren - Meedenken over vernieuwing en groei binnen de organisatie Wat breng jij mee? - Ervaring met (biologische) teelt - Een geldige spuitlicentie - Leidinggevende vaardigheden; jij weet mensen te motiveren - Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands én Engels - Nieuwsgierigheid: jij wil alles weten over deze manier van telen - Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een praktische instelling - Jouw kennis en ervaring zijn wat waard!
