Vacature BIV-erkend vastgoedmakelaar

Omschrijving functie:

Van Dommelen Vastgoed is een vastgoedkantoor gelegen in Bree (Gerdingen).

Momenteel bouwen wij een tweede vastgoedkantoor in het centrum van Meeuwen (Oudsbergen), waar de functie ingevuld zal worden.

Team Van Dommelen Vastgoed:

Zaakvoerder Karel Van Dommelen (vastgoedmakelaar/projectontwikkelaar) en echtgenote Anoek (vastgoedbediende).

Karel beschikt zelf over een heel ruime ervaring in het aan-, verkopen en bouwen van

residentieel vastgoed en beschikt tevens zelf over een BIV-erkenning als titularis-bemiddelaar.

Daar het team zich verder wil focussen op het ontwikkelen en verkopen van nieuwbouw, zoeken we een enthousiaste vastgoedmakelaar voor het inkopen en verkopen van bestaand vastgoed.

Profielomschrijving:

  • Je beschikt over een BIV-erkenning als titularis-bemiddelaar en hebt reeds ervaring als vastgoedmakelaar
  • Je bent sociaal en commercieel ingesteld
  • Pro-actief op zoek gaan naar inkoopopdrachten schrikt jou niet af
  • Begeleiden van kandidaat-kopers bij huisbezoeken
  • Vastgoedtransacties onderhandelen en contracten afsluiten
  • Onregelmatige werkuren eigen aan de functie vormen geen bezwaar
  • Je beschikt over een eigen wagen en rijbewijs
  • Je beheerst perfect Nederlands
  • Bij voorkeur ben je woonachtig in Meeuwen (of deelgemeenten) en/of heb je hier een netwerk opgebouwd
