Jouw uitdaging als BIV Makelaar Je bent het gezicht van de organisatie in regio Hasselt. Je zoekt nieuwe opportuniteiten, begeleidt eigenaars tijdens het volledige verkoopproces en bouwt stap voor stap aan jouw eigen succes. Achter de schermen staan marketing, administratie en juridische experten voor je klaar, zodat jij maximaal tijd kunt besteden aan klanten.

  • Je begeleidt jouw dossiers van eerste kennismaking tot een succesvolle verkoop.
  • Je bouwt een sterk netwerk uit en creëert langdurige relaties die ook op lange termijn nieuwe opportuniteiten opleveren

Je bent commercieel ingesteld en voelt je thuis in een omgeving waar resultaten beloond worden.   • Je hebt commerciële feeling en communiceert vlot met klanten.

  • Je bent bereid om ook 's avonds en op zaterdag afspraken in te plannen.

Nice-to-haves
