Commerciële targets zonder ondersteuning? Of klanten die je na één telefoontje alweer vergeten zijn?

Dan zit je waarschijnlijk op de verkeerde plek.

Als BIV Vastgoedmakelaar bouw jij hier wél iets op. Geen koude verkoopmachine, maar een kantoor waar vertrouwen, zichtbaarheid en persoonlijke begeleiding centraal staan. Jij krijgt de vrijheid om jouw regio tussen Hasselt en Sint-Truiden uit te bouwen én de ondersteuning van collega’s die elk hun eigen sterkte hebben.

Huizen verkopen kan iedereen proberen. Vertrouwen winnen? Dat is een ander verhaal.

Je komt terecht in een sterk vastgoedkantoor actief in verkoop, verhuur, investeringen, nieuwbouw en waardebepalingen. Jij begeleidt klanten van eerste kennismaking tot de laatste handtekening.

Hoe jouw dagen eruitzien?

  • Je gaat actief op prospectie en bouwt jouw eigen vastgoedportefeuille uit in Limburg.
  • Waardebepalingen en intakegesprekken? Jij zorgt voor advies waar klanten écht iets aan hebben.
  • Tijdens plaatsbezoeken begeleid je kandidaat-kopers professioneel en persoonlijk.
  • Onderhandelingen voer je met vertrouwen, zodat zowel koper als verkoper tevreden naar buiten stappen.
  • Van dossieropstart tot administratie: jij houdt overzicht en zorgt dat alles correct afgewerkt wordt.

De ene dag sta je in een nieuwbouwproject. De volgende dag zit je aan tafel bij een verkoper van een handelspand. Net die afwisseling maakt het interessant.

Jij bent iemand die makkelijk contact legt en vertrouwen uitstraalt zonder geforceerd over te komen. Je voelt snel aan wat klanten nodig hebben en houdt ervan om zelfstandig resultaten neer te zetten. Vastgoed interesseert je niet alleen omwille van verkoop, maar ook omwille van mensen, onderhandelingen en kansen ontdekken.
