Voor een familiaal productiebedrijf in Houthalen-Helchteren, gespecialiseerd in duurzame verpakkingen en draagtassen, zoeken we een operator blaasfolie-extrusie.

Wat verwachten wij van jou als extrusie operator?

  • Technisch geschoold of ervaring als technieker.
  • Sterk in probleemoplossend denken.
  • Werken in 2-ploegen is geen probleem.Ochtendpost: 06u00-14u00 en vrijdag 06u00-11u30 Middagpost: 14u00-22u00 en vrijdag 11u30-17u00
  • Je kan vlot overweg met een PC.
  • Brengt een positieve sfeer mee naar de werkvloer

  • Mooi bruto uurloon volgens PC 116 (Limburg) aangevuld maaltijdcheques van €10/gewerkte dag.

Functieomschrijving

Welke taken zal jij uitvoeren als blaasfolie-extrusie operator?

  • Verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en afstellen van blaasfolie-extrusiemachines.
  • Blazen van de folie (extruderen).
  • Parameters instellen, opvolgen en optimaliseren.
  • Kwaliteitscontroles uitvoeren en afwijkingen detecteren.
  • Controleren van dikte en afwerking van de folie.
  • Storingen analyseren en oplossen.
  • Productiehoeveelheden correct afwegen, doseren en mengen.
  • Instaan voor een nette en veilige werkomgeving.
