Das Familienunternehmen Erich Trinkl besteht seit 60 Jahren und zählt heute zu den führenden Metallbaubetrieben in Tirol.

Durch unsere zwei Betriebsstandorte Mayrhofen und Fügen ist es uns möglich, Klein- und Großaufträge in allen wesentlichen Sparten des Metallbaues umsetzen.

Wir suchen: 1 Blechfertigungstechniker_in

Deine Aufgaben:

Blechfertigung und Zusammenbau

Du stellst aus unterschiedlichen Blechen wie Stahlblech oder Alublech verschiedene Produkte her. Dazu gehören unter anderem Metallbaukonstruktionen, Metallbauelemente, Metallgehäuse, Blechprofile sowie Blechbehälter und Gehäuse, die du auch zusammenbaust.

Arbeiten an Maschinen und Anlagen

Du arbeitest mit den Soft- und Hardware-Systemen der Blechbearbeitungsmaschinen sowie mit Laseranlagen und weiteren Hilfsgeräten der Blechfertigung, wie Laseranlagen, automatische und händische Blechlageranlagen, Abkantpressen, Entgrat- und Verrundungsmaschinen, Punktschweißmaschinen sowie hydraulische Pressen.

Wartung und Reparatur

Zu deinem Aufgabenbereich gehören auch die Wartung und Reparatur der Blechbearbeitungsmaschinen. Damit bist du nicht nur in die Fertigung eingebunden, sondern unterstützt auch dabei, dass die eingesetzten Anlagen zuverlässig laufen.

Weiterentwicklung im Betrieb

Wenn du dich fachlich weiterentwickeln möchtest, sind attraktive Aufstiegsmöglichkeiten vorhanden. Je nach Ausbildung kannst du dich bis hin zur Schicht- oder Produktionsleitung entwickeln.

Das bringst du mit:

-Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Metallbereich oder mehrjährige Praxis in der Metall-/Blechbearbeitung

-Erfahrung in der Fertigung von Metall- oder Blechteilen

-Verständnis für technische Zeichnungen, Maße und Arbeitsanweisungen

-Erfahrung an Produktionsmaschinen, idealerweise in der Blechbearbeitung

-Handwerkliches Geschick und gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen

-Körperliche Belastbarkeit

-Saubere, genaue und sichere Arbeitsweise

Von Vorteil, aber kein Muss - damit hebst du dich hervor:

-Grundkenntnisse in Wartung von Produktionsmaschinen

-Schweißkenntnisse

-Gültiger Staplerschein
