Projektarbeit und Tagesgeschäft Vollzeit BMD ist Ihre Welt? Sie kennen das System in- und auswendig, denken in Abläufen und packen in der Buchhaltung gerne selbst mit an? mafi fertigt in Österreich Naturholzböden für das Premiumsegment. Wir sind international tätig und verbinden Design, Handwerk und Technologie. Für unser Finanzteam suchen wir jemanden, der Buchhaltung beherrscht, BMD wirklich kennt und Lust hat, Handarbeit durch gute Automatik zu ersetzen.

Ihre Aufgaben

BMD-Projektarbeit und Prozessautomatisierung

· Sie finden heraus, wo in der Buchhaltung noch zu viel Handarbeit steckt, und automatisieren das in BMD.

· Belegverarbeitung, Bankauszüge und Zahlungsverkehr entwickeln Sie digital weiter.

· Neue Abläufe bringen Sie vom ersten Konzept bis in den Alltag und nehmen das Team dabei mit.

BMD-Systembetreuung

· Sie sind im Finanzteam die erste Ansprechperson für alles rund um BMD.

· Einstellungen, Stammdaten und Berechtigungen halten Sie in Schuss und Neuerungen behalten Sie im Blick.

Operatives Tagesgeschäft in der Buchhaltung

· Sie arbeiten in der laufenden Buchhaltung für mehrere Gesellschaften in Österreich und der Schweiz mit.

· Zahlläufe, Kontenabstimmung und Abschlüsse kennen Sie aus der Praxis. Genau dort entstehen die besten Ideen für Automatisierung.

Projektsteuerung und Zusammenarbeit

· Sie übersetzen Anforderungen aus der Buchhaltung in BMD-Lösungen, die im Alltag einfach funktionieren.

· Dabei stimmen Sie sich mit dem Team, mit Banken und Softwarepartnern ab.

Das bringen Sie mit

· Sehr gute BMD-Kenntnisse aus der Praxis, vor allem in der Finanzbuchhaltung

· Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Buchhaltung, idealerweise bis Rohbilanz

· Freude an IT, Schnittstellen und daran, Abläufe besser zu machen

· Eine selbständige Arbeitsweise und die Gabe, Wissen verständlich weiterzugeben

· Kaufmännische Ausbildung; eine Buchhalterprüfung ist ein Plus

Entlohnung

Für diese Position auf Basis einer 38,5-Stunden-Woche bieten wir ein monatliches Bruttogrundgehalt ab EUR 3.494. Eine Überzahlung ist abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung selbstverständlich erwünscht.
