Je surveilleert te voet, op de fiets of met de auto in verschillende wijken en winkelcentra. Je reageert op meldingen, spreekt mensen aan op hun gedrag en handelt op basis van de situatie. Je draagt bij aan een veilige en leefbare stad door problemen te voorkomen en op te lossen. Verantwoordelijkheden - Toezicht houden op de naleving van regels in de openbare ruimte. - Aanspreken van inwoners, bezoekers en ondernemers op hun gedrag. - De-escalerend optreden bij spanningen en conflicten. - Handhaven van parkeerovertredingen en overtredingen van de Algemene Plaatselijke Verordening (APV). - Schrijven van proces-verbaal wanneer nodig. - Samenwerken met collega's en partners zoals de politie en stadsreiniging. - Zorgvuldig vastleggen van meldingen, controles en incidenten in rapportages. - Zelfstandig beslissingen nemen tijdens diensten, terwijl je ook samenwerkt met een collega. Vereisten - Mbo 3/4 werk- en denkniveau. - 1 tot 3 jaar ervaring als BOA in de openbare ruimte, domein I. - Geldig BOA-diploma en vereiste permanente her- en bijscholing. - RTGB-training en certificering of bereidheid om dit te behalen. - Erva...
