Binnen-BOA / Handhaver Openbare Ruimte - Gemeente Amsterdam fulltime 36 uur per week | Amsterdam | Start 1 oktober 2026 Ben jij BOA, maar werk je liever vanuit kantoor dan dagelijks op straat? Voor de Gemeente Amsterdam zoeken wij meerdere ervaren Binnen-BOA's die zich gaan bezighouden met toezicht en handhaving vanuit een kantooromgeving. Je komt terecht binnen Team Aanpak Bijplaatsingen. Vanuit kantoor behandel je handhavingszaken en draag je bij aan een schone, veilige en leefbare stad. Het betreft een langdurige opdracht van in eerste instantie één jaar, met mogelijkheid tot verlenging. Wat ga je doen? In deze functie ligt de nadruk op administratieve en telefonische handhaving. Je werkt met dossiers en meldingen, beoordeelt informatie en onderhoudt waar nodig telefonisch contact. Ervaring met telefonische verhoren en kennis van de ASV en handhaving op afval zijn daarom belangrijke pluspunten. In tegenstelling tot veel reguliere BOA-functies werk je bij deze opdracht fulltime vanuit kantoor. Je moet daarom niet alleen handhavingskennis hebben, maar ook goed overweg kunnen met computers en het MS Office-pakket. Wat vragen wij van jou? Je beschikt over: - een afgeronde BOA-opleiding (domein I, II of IV); - een geldige RTGB-bevoegdheid categorie 3 of 4; - een afgeronde basisopleiding Omgaan met Emotie en Agressie; - kennis van levensreddend handelen; - minimaal 1 jaar ervaring als BOA binnen een middelgrote of grote Nederlandse gemeente; - goede beheersing van het Nederlands en mondelinge beheersing van het Engels; - rijbewijs B en zwemdiploma B; - goede vaardigheden met MS Office; - de bereidheid om 36 uur per week op kantoor te werken. Daarnaast zoeken we iemand die goed kan samenwerken, verantwoordelijkheid neemt, klantgericht handelt en ook onder druk rustig en effectief blijft werken. Wat bieden wij?
