In het kort: Je gaat complexe bodem- en bouwstoffenonderzoeken beoordelen, specialistisch advies geven aan gemeenten en collega’s, toezicht en handhaving rond grondverzet ondersteunen en ontwikkelingen in de bodemsector en Omgevingswet vertalen naar de praktijk. Als Adviseur bodem en bouwstoffen ben jij de inhoudelijke sparringpartner voor gemeenten, vergunningverleners en toezichthouders op het gebied van bodem en bouwstoffen. Je beoordeelt complexe bodemvraagstukken, levert specialistisch advies en draagt daarmee bij aan een veilige en gezonde leefomgeving. Daarbij volg je ontwikkelingen binnen de bodemsector en de Omgevingswet op de voet en weet je deze te vertalen naar de praktijk. Wat ga je doen: - Je beoordeelt bodemonderzoeken, saneringsplannen, evaluatierapporten, meldingen en keuringsrapporten binnen de geldende wet- en regelgeving. - Je adviseert gemeenten en collega's bij vraagstukken rondom bouwen, ruimtelijke ontwikkelingen, calamiteiten en bodemkwaliteit. - Je ondersteunt vergunningverleners en toezichthouders en werkt samen aan onderzoeken binnen de bodem- en bouwstoffenketen. - Je levert een bijdrage aan toezicht en handhaving rondom grondverzet en bouwstoffen en ontwikkelt je verder binnen de Omgevingswet. - Je neemt de regie in grotere infrastructurele projecten en werkt daarbij samen met aannemers, Rijkswaterstaat, waterschappen, provincies en gemeenten.
