Die Lehrlingsausbildung ist bei der Schmied AG ein wesentlicher Bestandteil der Unternehmenskultur. Wir legen großen Wert auf die Ausbildung unserer Lehrlinge, die im Ausbildungsprozess an die Werte unseres Unternehmens herangeführt werden und so zu späteren Leistungsträgern avancieren. 1 Bodenleger_innen Verkürzte Lehre als Bodenleger:in (w/m/d)

In nur 18 Monaten zum Lehrabschluss - mit guten Chancen auf eine fixe Anstellung!

Im Rahmen der Implacementstiftung JUST2JOB2 suchen wir für die

Maler Schmied GmbH in 3100 St. Pölten

eine motivierte Person zwischen 18 und 30 Jahren, die eine verkürzte Ausbildung zum/zur Bodenleger:in absolvieren möchte.

Das erwartet dich

Als Bodenleger:in gestaltest du Räume von Grund auf mit. Du arbeitest mit unterschiedlichen Materialien und sorgst dafür, dass Böden nicht nur gut aussehen, sondern auch langlebig, belastbar und funktional sind.

Während deiner Ausbildung lernst du unter anderem:

º Teppich-, Kunststoff- und Holzfußböden fachgerecht zu verlegen

º Untergründe zu prüfen, vorzubereiten und Estriche herzustellen

º Böden auszubessern, zu renovieren und zu pflegen

º Kund:innen zu Materialien, Gestaltung und Pflege zu beraten

º nachhaltig und sorgfältig mit verschiedenen Werkstoffen zu arbeiten

Du bist dabei nicht nur in der Werkstatt, sondern auch bei unterschiedlichen Kund:innen und auf abwechslungsreichen Baustellen im Einsatz.

Du passt gut zu uns, wenn du:

º gerne praktisch und handwerklich arbeitest

º geschickt und sorgfältig bist

º ein gutes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen hast

º körperlich fit und gerne unterwegs bist

º zuverlässig bist und Neues lernen möchtest

º Freude an der Arbeit im Team und am Kontakt mit Kund:innen hast

Vorkenntnisse sind nicht erforderlich. Wichtig sind vor allem Motivation, Verlässlichkeit und Interesse am Beruf.

Ausbildungsziel

Nach erfolgreichem Lehrabschluss ist die Übernahme in ein reguläres Dienstverhältnis bei der Maler Schmied GmbH vorgesehen.

Das Einstiegsentgelt für ausgelernte Mitarbeiter:innen mit positivem Lehrabschluss beträgt 2.820 Euro brutto pro Monat.
