Om ons financieel team verder te versterken en de continuïteit van onze dienstverlening te garanderen, zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Boekhouder.

In deze veelzijdige functie combineer je boekhoudkundige taken met een belangrijke rol binnen het honorariumbeheer van onze artsen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe vragen die terechtkomen bij het boekhoudteam en ondersteunt collega's van het debiteurenbeheer, crediteurenbeheer en de dienst facturatie bij boekhoudkundige vraagstukken. Daarnaast werk je nauw samen met financiële stafmedewerkers en controllers.

Naast je dagelijkse opdrachten krijg je de kans om actief mee te denken over verbeteringen en optimalisaties binnen onze financiële processen.

Zo draag je mee bij aan een correcte, efficiënte en toekomstgerichte financiële werking van AZ Oostende.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden?

- Je verwerkt niet-geautomatiseerde bankuittreksels en betalingen van patiënten en mutualiteiten en zorgt voor de correcte afpunting en vereffening ervan. - Je volgt balansrekeningen op en staat in voor een tijdige vereffening. - Je maakt manuele verkoopfacturen op en verzorgt de verdere opvolging ervan. - Je controleert en verwerkt aankoopfacturen van de apotheek en FI. - Je reconcilieert betalingen via domiciliëring aan onze leveranciers. - Je werkt mee aan een correcte halfjaar- en jaarafsluiting, onder meer via activeringen van investeringen en cut-offboekingen. - Je verzorgt de maandelijkse btw-aangifte. - Je stelt de jaarlijkse resultatenrekeningen op van verschillende artsenassociaties.

Je beschikt minstens over een bachelordiploma Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkwaardige financiële opleiding. Heb je al enkele jaren ervaring in de boekhouding? Dan is dat zeker een troef, maar geen vereiste. - Je hebt een sterke affiniteit met cijfers en financiële processen en kijkt ernaar uit om je verder te verdiepen in de ziekenhuisboekhouding en het honorariumbeheer. Hiervoor voorzien we een grondige interne opleiding. - Je werkt discreet, nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor detail. - Dankzij jouw analytisch vermogen leg je vlot verbanden tussen cijfers, data en processen. - Je bent leergierig, denkt flexibel mee en maakt je nieuwe materie of softwaretoepassingen snel eigen. - Excel kent voor jou weinig geheimen en je zet dit vlot in als ondersteuning van je dagelijkse werkzaamheden. - Ervaring met SAP is mooi meegenomen. - Je bent een collegiale teamspeler die graag samenwerkt en helder communiceert.
