Als Adviseur Ondernemingen ben jij de vertrouwenspersoon van zelfstandigen en bedrijven: je denkt mee, geeft advies en zorgt dat hun verzekeringen écht goed geregeld zijn. Je krijgt veel verantwoordelijkheid, klantencontact en de vrijheid om mee te zoeken naar de beste oplossingen.

  • Inboeken van bank- en kasuittreksels en uitzoeken van verschillen
  • Ingeven van diverse journaalposten
  • Voorbereiden van BTW-aangiftes
  • Verwerken en inboeken van goederenfacturen, inclusief het matchen met ontvangen goederenbonnen
  • Verwerken en inboeken van dienstenfacturen volgens de geldende BTW- en fiscale regels
  • Opvolgen en boeken van klanten- en leverancierskortingen op het einde van het boekjaar
  • Ondersteunen van de hoofdboekhouder en CFO bij de jaarlijkse audit
  • Meehelpen bij maandelijkse afsluitingen, inclusief het boeken van provisies, overlopende rekeningen en de verwerking van lonen
  • Diverse administratieve taken
  • Opleiding en kennis: minstens een bachelor diploma in een boekhoudkundige richting
  • Ruime werkervaring: je bezit een ruime ervaring (minstens 5 jaar) als boekhouder A tot Z bij een KMO-afdeling
  • Nauwkeurigheid: je werkt gestructureerd en let op details
  • Leergierigheid: je wil verder groeien binnen het team en je boekhoudkundige kennis verder uitbouwen. Hiervoor bieden wij diverse opleidingen aan via onze Santens Academy
  • Teamspirit: je werkt graag samen met collega's en ondersteunt anderen waar nodig
  • Discretie en betrouwbaarheid: je gaat zorgvuldig om met financiële informatie
  • Proactieve houding: je stelt vragen, denkt mee en zoekt naar verbeteringen in onze processen
  • Doorgedreven PC-vaardigheden: je kan zeer vlot met MS Excel werken en hiernaast werk je vlot met een ERP-Systeem. Ervaring met MS Dynamics AX is een extra troef
