The posting

Voor een stabiel en groeiend bedrijf binnen de FMCG-sector in Boortmeerbeek zijn we op zoek naar een Boekhouder. In deze veelzijdige functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van de financiële administratie en werk je mee aan een vlotte maand- en jaarafsluiting. Jouw taken:

  • Je staat in voor de dagelijkse boekhouding, waaronder het verwerken van banken, leveranciersfacturen, betalingen en andere financiële transacties.
  • Je beheert de leveranciersboekhouding (AP) en volgt openstaande posten, betalingen en leveranciersrekeningen nauwgezet op.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert intercompanytransacties en zorgt voor een correcte afstemming van de rekening-courantposities tussen de verschillende entiteiten.
  • Je verzorgt de boekhouding van één of meerdere entiteiten en staat in voor een correcte verwerking van leningen, financieringen en andere financiële verrichtingen.
  • Je beheert de vaste activa: activering van investeringen, afschrijvingen, desinvesteringen en eventuele meer- en minderwaarden.
  • Je bereidt verschillende fiscale en wettelijke aangiften voor, waaronder btw, Intrastat, accijnzen en intracommunautaire opgaven.
  • Je werkt mee aan de maand- en jaarafsluiting en verwerkt onder andere provisies, overlopende rekeningen en loonboekingen.
  • Je voert balansreconciliaties uit, onderzoekt afwijkingen en zorgt ervoor dat de boekhoudkundige gegevens correct en volledig zijn.
  • Je ondersteunt bij audits, jaarrekeningen en fiscale rapportering.
  • Je denkt actief mee over het verbeteren en efficiënter maken van boekhoudkundige processen.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je hebt een opleiding Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een algemeen boekhoudkundige functie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Belgische boekhoudkundige en fiscale wetgeving.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en gestructureerd en hebt een hands-on mentaliteit.
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.
  • Een goede kennis van Excel en ervaring met SAP S/4HANA (plus)
  • Je spreekt vlot Nederlands met basis kennis Frans en Engels
