The posting

  • Jij maakt, volgt en actualiseert ontwerpfacturen op basis van de richtlijnen en feedback van het juridisch team;
  • Jij waarborgt de volledigheid en nauwkeurigheid van geregistreerde uren en onkosten voordat je tot facturatie overgaat;
  • Jij stelt facturen op en verstuurt deze aan klanten voor advocatenhonoraria en gemaakte kosten;
  • Jij beheert het digitale factureringsproces (e-billing) via de platforms van klanten;
  • Jij houdt toezicht op betalingen en herinnert klanten aan openstaande facturen;
  • Jij bent het dagelijkse aanspreekpunt voor advocaten met betrekking tot alle vragen over facturatie;
  • Jij verwerkt leveranciersfacturen in samenwerking met de senior accountant: dit omvat het aanmaken van leveranciers, toepassen van kostenplaatsen en het opstellen van creditnota's;
  • Jij voert gegevens in en verwerkt bankafschriften;
  • Jij voert boekingen uit en volgt de lopende boekhoudkundige handelingen op;
  • Jij neemt deel aan de voorbereiding van periodieke boekhoudkundige afsluitingen;
  • Jij draagt bij aan de afstemming van rekeningen en controleert boekhoudkundige boekingen;
  • Jij neemt deel aan verschillende projecten ter optimalisatie van de financiële processen.
  • Heeft een afgeronde Bachelor- of Masteropleiding in boekhouding of financiën;
  • Is Nederlandstalig of heeft een uitstekende beheersing van het Nederlands. Daarnaast heeft hij/zij een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels;
  • Minimaal 7 jaar ervaring hebben;
  • Beschikt over een sterke basis in de boekhoudprincipes;
  • Beheerst Excel en Office 365 uitmuntend, en heeft interesse in andere IT-tools of softwarepakketten;
  • Heeft een scherp oog voor detail en een gevoel voor structuur en organisatie;
  • Streeft naar kwaliteit en zorgt ervoor dat zijn/haar werk foutloos is door regelmatig eigen werk te controleren;
  • Toont flexibiliteit en kan gemakkelijk wisselen tussen verschillende taken, en past zich moeiteloos aan toenemende prioriteiten aan;
  • Werkt proactief en zelfstandig, neemt initiatief en denkt vooruit;
  • Communiceert diplomatiek en klantgericht, en onderhoudt professionele relaties met verschillende stakeholders zoals advocaten, klanten en leveranciers;
  • Blijft ook onder druk nauwkeurig en efficiënt, zelfs tijdens drukke periodes met krappe deadlines, zoals maandafsluitingen of piekperiodes in de facturatie;
  • Werkt graag samen en heeft een teamgerichte instelling.
