Als boekhouder sta je in voor het registreren en verwerken van boekhoudkundige gegevens.

Zet je, samen met het team boekhouding en onze 12 000 warme zorgcollega’s, in voor anderen en maak het verschil! Ons elke dag inzetten voor anderen is wat ons bindt.

Wat ga je doen? Je staat in voor het correct registreren en verwerken van boekhoudkundige gegevens voor de leveranciersboekhouding. Zo zorg je voor een waarheidsgetrouw beeld van de rekeningen en kan je tijdig de juiste financiële informatie bezorgen.

Je verwerkt en boekt verrichtingen in het daarvoor gebruikte informaticasysteem en kan dit toelichten:

  • Je boekt en verwerkt de inkomende facturen en voert de betalingen van de goedgekeurde facturen elektronisch uit volgens de vastgelegde aankoopprocedure.
  • Je volgt de betalingen op om het blokkeren van leveringen te voorkomen.
  • Je boekt de normale af te lijnen inkomsten of uitgaven in volgens de af te sluiten boekhoudkundige periode.
  • Je boekt en verwerkt de financiële verrichtingen (vb. kas, bank) en dit op manuele of elektronische wijze.
  • Je lost problemen op (vb. ontbrekende gegevens opzoeken, creditnota of herfacturatie vragen aan leveranciers). Je meldt probleemgevallen en onregelmatigheden aan de (adjunct-)directeur financiën of expert-boekhouder (vb. provisies boeken in het geval van ontbrekende facturen). Je legt de geschillen voor en volgt de beslissingen op.
  • Je controleert en analyseert de grootboekrekeningen en signaleert afwijkingen.
  • Je contacteert de bevoegde personen van de verschillende diensten binnen de organisatie zodat alle nodige gegevens tegen de afsluiting beschikbaar zijn. Je hercontacteert op eigen initiatief de dienst wanneer de deadline is verstreken.
  • Je levert de nodige informatie aan de externe revisor, expert‑boekhouder of (adjunct-)directeur financiën zodat zij correcte beslissingen kunnen nemen, en beantwoordt hun vragen over de boekhouding.
  • Je houdt een gestructureerd klassement van de boekhoudkundige documenten bij.
