Jobomschrijving

Je zorgt voor een betrouwbare financiële administratie en bent een centrale schakel tussen collega’s, budgetverantwoordelijken, management en externe partners.

  • Je coördineert het jaarlijkse budgetproces met de budgetverantwoordelijken, consolideert de input en volgt budgetten en afwijkingen kritisch op.
  • Je organiseert en beheert het Finance Comité: je bereidt de agenda en financiële informatie voor, documenteert beslissingen en volgt actiepunten op.
  • Je waakt over een correcte, volledige en tijdige boekhouding en betalingsstromen.
  • Je monitort de geautomatiseerde boekhoudkundige processen en volgt afwijkingen of fouten gericht op.
  • Je behandelt uitzonderingen en manuele verrichtingen, zoals facturen, creditnota’s, reconciliaties en correctieboekingen.
  • Je beheert de thesaurie, bewaakt de kaspositie en plant betalingen en geldstromen.
  • Je onderhoudt de bankrelaties en volgt bankmandaten, rekeningen en bancaire dienstverlening op.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor Customer Advisors en Customer Account Managers bij financiële vragen en uitzonderingssituaties.
  • Je coördineert financiële rapportering, product- en dienstenanalyses en licht relevante inzichten toe aan het management.
  • Je beheert het incassoproces, volgt openstaande vorderingen op en onderhoudt het contact met de deurwaarder.
  • Je fungeert als SPOC voor bedrijfsrevisor VGD en bereidt auditdossiers en de jaarafsluiting voor.
  • Je coördineert de jaarlijkse fiscale aangifte en volgt boekhoudkundige, fiscale en vennootschapsrechtelijke verplichtingen op.
  • Je ondersteunt de gewone en buitengewone algemene vergadering en beheert formaliteiten rond Staatsblad en UBO.
  • Je identificeert verbeterkansen en versterkt interne controles en efficiënte, zoveel mogelijk geautomatiseerde processen.
  • Een bachelor Accountancy & Fiscaliteit of een gelijkwaardige financiële opleiding.
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring in een financiële of boekhoudkundige functie.
  • Grondige kennis van algemene boekhouding en financiële processen.
  • Ervaring met budgetopmaak, budgetopvolging en financiële rapportering.
  • Kennis van Belgische fiscaliteit en vennootschapsrechtelijke verplichtingen.
  • Vlotte kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, discreet en integer met financiële en vertrouwelijke informatie.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk, oplossingsgericht en kan zelfstandig uitzonderingen behandelen.
  • Je plant en organiseert doordacht en respecteert wettelijke deadlines.
  • Je werkt vlot met boekhoudkundige software en digitale financiële processen.
  • Ervaring met treasury of liquiditeitsbeheer, procesautomatisering en een sterke kennis van Excel zijn mooie troeven
