Van Rooijen Logistiek is een toonaangevend logistiek dienstverlener met een krachtig netwerk, moderne faciliteiten en een passie voor kwaliteit. Met ons one-stop-shopping principe ontzorgen wij onze klanten volledig binnen de logistieke keten. Ter versterking van onze financiële afdeling zijn wij op zoek naar een gedreven Junior Boekhouder die wil meebouwen aan onze verdere groei.

Functieomschrijving:

Als Boekhouder maak je deel uit van een ervaren en betrokken financieel team. Je ondersteunt bij uiteenlopende boekhoudkundige en administratieve taken en speelt een belangrijke rol in het beheer van onze financiële processen. Daarnaast ben je actief betrokken bij het beheer en de afhandeling van auto- en goederenschades, een essentieel onderdeel binnen onze operationele organisatie.

Deze functie biedt een uitstekende kans om jouw financiële basis te versterken binnen een dynamische logistieke omgeving.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Uitvoeren van crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie
  • Het accuraat verwerken en bijhouden van financiële gegevens zoals inkomsten, uitgaven en andere transacties
  • Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van maand- en jaarafsluitingen, financiële rapportages en budgetten
  • Beheren, registreren en opvolgen van auto- en goederenschades, inclusief communicatie met interne afdelingen, verzekeraars en externe partijen
  • Helpen bij schadeanalyses en het opstellen van rapportages ter verbetering van operationele processen
  • Assisteren bij belastingaangiften en zorgen voor naleving van wettelijke voorschriften
  • Ondersteunen bij financiële analyses en het identificeren van kostenbesparingen
  • Actief schakelen met collega’s uit verschillende afdelingen om financiële informatie te verzamelen en vraagstukken op te lossen

Vereisten:

  • Een bachelordiploma in Finance, Accounting of een vergelijkbare richting
  • Een eerste ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar gemotiveerde starters zijn zeker welkom
  • Basiskennis van boekhoudkundige principes en affiniteit met financiële software
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht en het vermogen om cijfers te vertalen naar duidelijke conclusies
  • Communicatief vaardig, nauwkeurig en proactief in het oplossen van vraagstukken
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en stressbestendigheid, passend bij een dynamische logistieke omgeving
