In deze sleutelrol binnen de afdeling Financiën, Risico's en Actuariaat ben je verantwoordelijk voor de verwerking van leveranciersfacturen en operationele ondersteuning. We zijn op zoek naar een georganiseerd persoon met een diploma in boekhouding en 1 tot 3 jaar werkervaring. Een uitstekende beheersing van het Frans is essentieel; kennis van het Engels en het Italiaans is een pluspunt. Beschrijving Als onderdeel van het boekhoudteam binnen de afdeling Financiën, Risico's en Actuariaat is het uw taak om operationele ondersteuning te bieden bij de verwerking van leveranciersfacturen en algemene kosten binnen de organisatie. Je belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden: - Verwerking van facturen: Je ontvangt, scant, boekt en controleert de facturen met betrekking tot algemene kosten aan de hand van de bijbehorende inkooporders. - Beheer van de e-mailbox: Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het beheer van de e-mailbox "invoices", inclusief het archiveren van documenten, het opvolgen van aanvragen en het versturen van herinneringen. - Ondersteuning van het team: Je ondersteunt het team bij diverse boekhoudkundige taken, waaronder het afstemmen van balansrekeningen, afstemmingswerkzaamheden, hulp bij het opstellen van btw-aangiften en het beheer van vaste activa. - Operationele ondersteuning: Je biedt ad-hocondersteuning bij het gebruik van het systeem voor het beheer van inkoopaanvragen. We zijn op zoek naar een dynamisch en georganiseerd persoon, die in teamverband kan werken en zich kan aanpassen aan verschillende operationele behoeften.
