Functie

Vivaldis Technics Bedienden is op zoek naar een Boekhouder / Accountant voor onze klant in Pelt. Onze klant is gespecialiseerd in productie.

Jouw takenpakket als Boekhouder / Accountant bestaat uit:

  • Facturatie & Controle: Je staat in voor de nauwkeurige drievoudige afstemming (3-way matching) van inkomende facturen. Daarnaast start je nieuwe projecten op in het systeem en bewaak je de bijbehorende facturatiestromen.
  • Financieel beheer: Je verwerkt de dagelijkse bank- en financiële verrichtingen vlot en correct.
  • Fiscale aangiftes: Je verzorgt zelfstandig de btw-aangiftes (zowel Belgische als buitenlandse) en neemt de intracommunautaire opgaven voor jouw rekening.
  • Afsluiting & Rapportering: Je bereidt de periodieke afsluitingen (maand, kwartaal en jaar) grondig voor en zet de nodige dossiers klaar ter voorbereiding van de audits.
  • Ad-hoc ondersteuning: Waar nodig spring je bij met diverse administratieve en boekhoudkundige taken om het finance team te ondersteunen.

Profiel

Als Boekhouder / Accountant herken je jezelf in volgende punten:

  • Je bent in het bezit van minstens een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit.
  • Cijfers zijn jouw passie en je werkt altijd nauwgezet, gestructureerd en analytisch.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer die ook flexibel kan inspelen op veranderende prioriteiten.
  • Je hebt een gezonde interesse in de productiesector.
  • Pluspunt: Je hebt al een eerste relevante werkervaring achter de rug.
  • Pluspunt: Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
