Om ons interne boekhoudteam verder te versterken, zoeken we een Boekhouder die samen met zijn of haar collega’s instaat voor een correcte en vlotte verwerking van onze A-Z boekhouding.

Cevi is ons bedrijf dat al meer als 50 jaar een toonaangevende rol speelt als ICT-partner voor de openbare besturen, notarissen, woonzorgcentra en hulpverleningsdiensten. Klanten kunnen bij ons terecht voor eender welke IT-oplossing, gaande van hardware tot software tot dienstverlingen.

Als Boekhouder maak je deel uit van ons interne boekhoudteam. Samen met de team lead, twee andere boekhouders, een financial controller en een administratieve collega zorg je voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van onze interne boekhouding.

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket en werkt samen met je collega’s mee aan de boekhouding van A tot Z. Dit is wat je mag verwachten:

  • Je verwerkt de financiële verrichtingen.
  • Je staat in voor het analytisch boeken van aankoopfacturen.
  • Je controleert en verwerkt de loonsyntheses op boekhoudkundig vlak.
  • Je voert de wekelijkse betalingen uit via automatische betaallijsten.
  • Je verwerkt orders in het facturatieprogramma.
  • Je volgt het debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer op.
  • Je maakt de btw-aangiftes op en zorgt voor de tijdige indiening ervan.
  • Je verwerkt onkostennota’s.
  • Je staat in voor de opvolging van borgtochten.
  • Je werkt mee aan de maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je verzorgt mee de financiële rapportering aan de CFO.
  • Je hebt een relevante opleiding binnen boekhouding of accountancy en/of kan terugvallen op relevante ervaring binnen een boekhoudkundige functie.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Heb je ervaring met SAP? Dan is dat een mooie plus.
  • Je werkt analytisch en punctueel en hebt oog voor detail.
  • Je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid voor je taken.
  • Je bent leergierig en staat ervoor open om nieuwe zaken bij te leren.
  • Je bent een echte teamplayer en werkt graag samen met collega’s.
  • Je beschikt over een professionele kennis van het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Frans en Engels.
