Deze financieel sterke groep brengt drie gespecialiseerde ondernemingen samen binnen de professionele inrichting van lichte bedrijfsvoertuigen. Vanuit vestigingen in België, Nederland en Denemarken bouwt de organisatie verder aan groei, professionalisering en digitalisering.

In Spiere-Helkijn werk je vanuit een recent en modern hoofdkantoor, waar ook productie, montage en een showroom aanwezig zijn. Op dezelfde site werken ongeveer 30 medewerkers in het atelier. Je maakt deel uit van een jong team van ongeveer acht collega’s en werkt rechtstreeks samen met de CFO.

De cultuur is professioneel, toegankelijk en ondernemend. Ideeën krijgen ruimte en initiatief wordt gewaardeerd.

Van boekhouding tot financiële sparringpartner

Als Accountant A-Y volg je de boekhouding van twee zusterbedrijven op. Je combineert dagelijkse boekhouding met afsluitingen, opvolging en optimalisatie en staat daarbij dicht bij de CFO en de operationele activiteiten.

Concreet:

  • Je volgt de boekhouding van A tot Y op voor twee vennootschappen.
  • Je verwerkt en controleert financiële transacties.
  • Je bewaakt betalingen en openstaande posten.
  • Je bereidt de btw-aangiftes voor.
  • Je ondersteunt bij de maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Je controleert cijfers en signaleert afwijkingen.
  • Je bezorgt de CFO en het management betrouwbare financiële informatie.
  • Je denkt mee over digitalisering, automatisering en efficiëntere processen.

Omdat productie, montage en showroom zich op dezelfde site bevinden, krijg je snel zicht op de business achter de cijfers. Zo kan je makkelijker verbanden leggen en inhoudelijk sterker meedenken.

Analytisch, nauwkeurig en proactief

Zowel een sterke junior als een ervaren accountant komt in aanmerking. Belangrijker dan anciënniteit zijn jouw basiskennis, drive en zin om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

  • Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkwaardige financiële opleiding.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur minstens twee jaar relevante ervaring, al wordt een sterke junior eveneens bekeken.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands.
  • Je beheerst Excel zeer goed. Kennis van Business Central is een plus.
  • Ervaring met Dynamics 365 of Power BI is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, analytisch en zelfstandig.
  • Je neemt initiatief, stelt vragen en denkt mee over verbeteringen.
  • Je werkt graag samen in een jong team en brengt een positieve, professionele ingesteldheid mee.
