Hacos is een innovatieve speler gelegen in Malle in de machinebouw en specialiseert zich in het ontwerpen en produceren van machines van A tot Z voor de chocolade-industrie. Met jarenlange ervaring op de teller hebben zij al een sterke naam opgebouwd in de sector door hun focus op kwaliteit en hun volledige productieproces.

Wat ga je doen?

Achter een sterk productiebedrijf staat natuurlijk ook een goede financiële administratie. Daarom zijn ze op zoek naar een ervaren boekhouder die de boekhouding van A tot Y op zich neemt en daarnaast enkele administratieve HR-taken ondersteunt.

Je krijgt een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin je verantwoordelijkheid opneemt over de dagelijkse boekhouding en een belangrijke schakel bent tussen Hacos en het externe boekhoudkantoor.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Verwerken en inboeken van inkomende facturen
  • Opstellen, versturen en opvolgen van uitgaande facturen
  • Opvolgen van klanten- en leveranciersboekhouding
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van btw-aangiftes
  • Voorbereiden van maand- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Contactpersoon zijn voor het externe boekhoudkantoor en hen ondersteunen tijdens de afsluitingen
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van betalingen
  • Uitvoeren van algemene boekhoudkundige en administratieve taken
  • Ondersteunen bij administratieve HR-taken, zoals tijdsregistratie, ziekteattesten, contacten met het sociaal secretariaat en het voorbereiden van C4-documenten

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor denkniveau, bij voorkeur in een boekhoudkundige of financiële richting
  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen boekhouding
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van boekhoudkundige software. Ervaring met Exact is een mooie plus
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van de Belgische boekhoudkundige principes en btw-regelgeving
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en zelfstandig
  • Je neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid en houdt ervan om zaken van A tot Y op te volgen
  • Je bent communicatief en vormt graag het aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe partijen
  • Je hebt daarnaast interesse in een aantal administratieve HR-taken
