Ben jij een administratief talent met een passie voor boekhouding? Werk je graag nauwkeurig, maar hou je ook van persoonlijk contact en afwisseling? Dan is deze functie misschien wel jouw volgende uitdaging!

Voor een groeiende organisatie zoeken we een Boekhouder die mee instaat voor een correcte financiële en administratieve opvolging.

Jouw takenpakket:

  • Verwerken en opvolgen van prestaties en werkgegevens en deze vertalen naar correcte facturatie.
  • Opstellen van kostprijsberekeningen en ondersteunen bij administratieve dossiers.
  • Beheren en opvolgen van verzekeringsdossiers en aanvragen van vergunningen.
  • Verwerken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen.
  • Opvolgen van debiteuren en betalingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij maand- en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Voorbereiden en verwerken van btw-aangiftes.
  • Verzorgen van de boekhoudkundige administratie voor verschillende entiteiten.
  • Verwerken van financiële gegevens in het boekhoudpakket Odoo.
  • Je hebt ervaring met boekhoudkundige administratie zoals facturatie, aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, debiteurenbeheer en btw-aangiftes.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd en houdt graag overzicht over verschillende taken.
  • Je bent sociaal ingesteld en communiceert vlot met collega's, klanten en medewerkers.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk, zelfstandig en neemt graag initiatief.
  • Je voelt je goed in een omgeving waar administratie en persoonlijk contact gecombineerd worden.
  • Je bent flexibel ingesteld en bereid om op regelmatige basis een aantal administratieve taken in het weekend op te volgen.
