Inleiding

Voor een gevestigde en groeiende Belgische KMO ben ik op zoek naar een Boekhouder A-Y. Deze organisatie bouwde de voorbije jaren een sterke reputatie op binnen haar sector dankzij een combinatie van klantgerichtheid, korte beslissingslijnen en een flinke dosis innovatie. Het kantoor bevindt zich in de regio Leuven, vlot bereikbaar en met de stad op wandel- of fietsafstand. Door de blijvende groei van het bedrijf is er nood aan extra versterking op de financiële afdeling. Daarom ben ik op zoek naar een Boekhouder A-Y die mee de motor draaiende houdt.

Jobinhoud

Als boekhouder ben jij het financiële geheugen van de organisatie. Je neemt de volledige boekhouding van A tot Y onder je hoede en werkt daarbij schouder aan schouder met de financieel verantwoordelijke. Geen eentonig cijferwerk, wel een afwisselende job waarin je overzicht houdt over verschillende processen tegelijk. Concreet ziet je takenpakket er zo uit:

  • Je verwerkt aankoop- en verkoopfacturen en zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige boeking ervan
  • Je staat in voor het debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer, inclusief opvolging van openstaande bedragen
  • Je maakt de BTW-aangiftes op en volgt de fiscale verplichtingen nauwgezet op
  • Je bereidt de maand- en jaarafsluitingen voor in samenwerking met het externe boekhoudkantoor
  • Je onderhoudt nauwkeurige en tijdige financiële rapporteringen ten behoeve van de directie
  • Je bent een aanspreekpunt voor vragen van collega's uit andere afdelingen rond financiële en administratieve zaken
  • Je denkt actief mee over de optimalisatie van interne processen binnen de financiële administratie

Wie zoeken ze

  • Je hebt een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit op zak, of je hebt dit niveau via ervaring verworven
  • Je hebt al enkele jaren ervaring als boekhouder, bij voorkeur in een KMO-omgeving waar je verschillende ballen tegelijk leert hooghouden
  • Je bent vlot met boekhoudsoftware en Excel heeft geen geheimen meer voor jou
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en gestructureerd, maar houdt er ook van om zelf mee te denken over hoe het beter of sneller kan
  • Je communiceert vlot, zowel met collega's als met externe partners zoals het boekhoudkantoor
  • Je gaat discreet om met cijfers en vertrouwelijke informatie
  • Je voelt je thuis in een team waar humor en een babbel aan de koffiemachine net zo belangrijk zijn als een correcte afsluiting
