Voor een groeiende KMO actief binnen de bouw- en afwerkingssector zijn we op zoek naar een Accountant A-Y die mee instaat voor een correcte en efficiënte financiële administratie.

Je komt terecht in een projectgerichte omgeving waar je een brede financiële rol opneemt. Geen functie waarbij je de hele dag uitsluitend facturen verwerkt, maar een gevarieerd takenpakket waarin je verantwoordelijkheid krijgt, cijfers opvolgt en ook kritisch meedenkt over hoe processen verder geoptimaliseerd kunnen worden.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Accountant A-Y krijg je een breed takenpakket binnen de financiële administratie.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • verwerken en controleren van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen
  • verwerken en opvolgen van banken en financiële verrichtingen
  • voorbereiden en uitvoeren van betalingen
  • opvolgen van klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen
  • debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer
  • opvolgen van openstaande posten
  • uitvoeren van boekhoudkundige controles en reconciliaties
  • voorbereiden van btw-aangiftes
  • ondersteunen bij periodieke afsluitingen
  • voorbereiden van boekhoudkundige dossiers voor de externe accountant
  • administratieve en financiële opvolging van projecten
  • ondersteunen van financiële rapporteringen

Je werkt nauw samen met je collega's en hebt regelmatig contact met onder meer projectleiders, leveranciers, klanten en externe financiële partners.

Je kijkt verder dan de boekhouding

Je komt terecht in een projectgestuurde organisatie. Achter iedere factuur zit een project, klant, leverancier of onderaannemer. Daarom zoeken we iemand die niet alleen cijfers verwerkt, maar ze ook begrijpt en controleert.

Merk je een afwijking op? Dan zoek je uit waar die vandaan komt. Ontbreekt er informatie? Dan neem je zelf contact op met de juiste collega. Zie je dat een administratief proces efficiënter kan? Dan denk je proactief mee over mogelijke verbeteringen.

Je draagt onder andere bij aan:

  • het bewaken van een correcte financiële administratie
  • de financiële opvolging van projecten
  • het verbeteren van interne financiële processen
  • verdere digitalisering en automatisering
  • een correcte en tijdige financiële rapportering

Er wordt gewerkt met verschillende digitale toepassingen en financiële software, waaronder Exact Online, Bouwsoft, Microsoft 365 en Power BI.

  • Je hebt een opleiding in een boekhoudkundige of financiële richting en beschikt bij voorkeur over een eerste relevante werkervaring. Belangrijker dan het aantal jaren ervaring is voor ons jouw manier van werken. Je: werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd; bent sterk met cijfers; neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw taken; bent analytisch en kritisch ingesteld; werkt zelfstandig en durft initiatief te nemen; communiceert vlot met collega's en externe partijen; houdt ervan om zaken correct en tijdig af te werken; denkt graag mee over hoe processen beter en efficiënter kunnen; voelt je comfortabel in een digitale werkomgeving. Ervaring binnen de bouwsector, projectadministratie of een KMO-omgeving is mooi meegenomen, maar geen vereiste.
