The posting

Voor onze klant, een dynamische en toekomstgerichte KMO in de haven van Gent met meer dan 20 jaar expertise in de watergebonden overslag, opslag en verwerking van bulkgoederen en biomassa, zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren A tot Z Boekhouder. In deze veelzijdige functie versterk je het financieel team en werk je nauw samen met de Accounting Manager. Je krijgt vanaf de opstart veel ruimte voor eigen inbreng, zelfstandigheid en verantwoordelijkheid. Na een succesvolle inwerkperiode behoort structureel telewerk tot de mogelijkheden.

  • Zelfstandig verwerken, controleren en inboeken van inkomende goederenfacturen en deze nauwkeurig matchen met de ontvangen goederenbonnen.
  • Controleren en inboeken van dienstenfacturen conform de geldende btw- en fiscale wetgeving.
  • Dagelijks inboeken van de bankuittreksels en het gericht uitzoeken en corrigeren van eventuele betalingsverschillen.
  • Voorbereiden van de periodieke btw-aangiftes en het correct ingeven van diverse journaalposten.
  • Actief ondersteunen van de Accounting Manager en de hoofdboekhouder bij de maandelijkse afsluitingen (waaronder het boeken van provisies, overlopende rekeningen en de loonverwerking).
  • Opvolgen, berekenen en correct inboeken van de openstaande klanten- en leverancierskortingen aan het einde van het boekjaar.
  • Assisteren bij de voorbereiding van de jaarlijkse audit en het efficiënt afhandelen van diverse ad-hoc administratieve taken.
  • Je bent in het bezit van minimaal een bachelordiploma in een boekhoudkundige of accountancy-richting.
  • Je kunt buigen op minstens 5 jaar relevante praktijkervaring als allround A tot Z Boekhouder, bij voorkeur opgedaan binnen een KMO-omgeving.
  • Je beschikt over doorgedreven pc-vaardigheden, waarbij je uitstekend overweg kunt met MS Excel en reeds ervaring hebt met een ERP-pakket.
  • Een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en methodische werker die met oog voor detail de vinger aan de financiële pols houdt.
  • Je bent discreet, integer en betrouwbaar in de omgang met privacygevoelige en strategische financiële bedrijfsinformatie.
  • Een leergierige en proactieve teamplayer die meedenkt over het optimaliseren en digitaliseren van de interne administratieve processen.
