Op een unieke locatie waar welzijn en rust centraal staan, krijg je een brede boekhoudkundige rol met verantwoordelijkheid over het volledige A‑Z‑pakket. Je ondersteunt de financiële werking en draagt bij aan een correcte en efficiënte administratie.

  • Instaan voor een correcte en tijdige facturatie.
  • Actief opvolgen van klanten‑ en leveranciersrekeningen.
  • Voorbereiden en indienen van btw‑aangiftes.
  • Meewerken aan maand‑, kwartaal‑ en jaarafsluitingen.
  • Ondersteunen bij de opmaak van de jaarrekening en samenwerken met externe auditors.
  • Meedenken over efficiëntere processen en optimalisatie van de boekhouding.
  • Opmaak van betaallijsten in Exact Online.
  • Bijwerken van banken in Exact Online.
  • Controleren van leverbonnen van aankoopfacturen.
  • Uitvoeren van goedkeuringsflows voor aankoopfacturen.
  • Controleren van werkuren van extern personeel.
  • Uitvoeren van diverse administratieve en boekhoudkundige taken.
  • Minstens drie jaar ervaring binnen een A‑Z‑boekhoudfunctie.
  • Bachelor‑ of masterdiploma in een economische of boekhoudkundige richting.
  • Boekhoudkundig technisch sterk profiel.
  • Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en een hands‑on mentaliteit.
  • Kennis van ERP‑systemen; Exact Online, Blue 10 en X‑plan zijn pluspunten.
  • Zelfstandig kunnen werken en goed functioneren in teamverband.
  • Sterk analytisch inzicht en oog voor detail.
  • Initiatief nemen en gestructureerd werken.
  • Meertaligheid (Engels/Frans) is een pluspunt.
  • Nauwkeurig, verantwoordelijk en overzicht kunnen bewaren.
