Het werk bevindt zich in je eigen regio Boekhouder / Administrateur Functie omschrijving Voor een groeiend installatiebedrijf in Purmerend zijn wij op zoek naar een zelfstandige en nauwkeurige boekhouder / administrateur. Het bedrijf is actief binnen elektrotechniek, cv en loodgieterswerk en heeft een breed scala aan projecten in Noord-Holland. In deze functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële administratie van A tot Z. Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratie op orde is en blijft en denkt actief mee over het verbeteren en digitaliseren van processen. Werkzaamheden - Verwerken van debiteuren, crediteuren, bankmutaties en het grootboek - Verzorgen en controleren van facturatie - Bewaken van openstaande facturen en debiteurenbeheer - Ondersteunen bij de maandafsluiting en financiële rapportages - Bijhouden van de projectadministratie - Controleren van de aansluiting tussen uren, inkoop, projecten en facturatie - Meedenken over en uitvoeren van verbeteringen en digitalisering binnen de administratie - Schakelen met de finance manager, werkvoorbereiding en monteurs Functie eisen - Een afgeronde opleiding richting bedrijfsadministratie, bijvoorbeeld mbo 4, PDB of MBA - Minimaal vijf jaar ervaring in een brede administratieve functie - Ervaring met een volledige financiële administratie en maandafsluitingen - Goede kennis van Excel en het vermogen om snel nieuwe systemen te leren - Je werkt nauwkeurig, zelfstandig en gestructureerd - Je bent praktisch ingesteld en ziet zelf waar verbetering mogelijk is - Ervaring met ERP- en projectadministratie binnen de installatiebranche is een pré Bedrijfsprofiel Werken bij onze opdrachtgever betekent dat je terechtkomt in een dynamisch en plezierige werkomgeving met enthousiaste collega's.
