Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar Boekhouder AR / Klantenboekhouder (m/v/x) voor een bedrijf te Antwerpen.

Jouw functie

Als Boekhouder AR / Klantenboekhouder ben je verantwoordelijk voor een correcte, tijdige en kwalitatieve verwerking van de klantenboekhouding voor verschillende entiteiten binnen de groep. Je fungeert als een betrouwbare gesprekspartner voor zowel interne stakeholders als externe partners.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat onder meer uit:

  • Beheren en opvolgen van de klantenboekhouding (AR);
  • Registreren, controleren en reconciliëren van betalingen;
  • Voorbereiden van facturatie en opvolgen van openstaande posten;
  • Uitvoeren van diverse boekhoudkundige verrichtingen;
  • Voorbereiden en aanleveren van informatie voor maand- en jaarafsluit;
  • Meewerken aan procesoptimalisaties binnen finance;
  • Nauwe samenwerking met senior boekhouders, AP/AR teams en competence centers.

Jouw profiel:

  • Je beschikt over een diploma in een financiële richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring;
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring binnen boekhouding - AR is een plus;
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en bent analytisch sterk;
  • Je communiceert vlot en werkt graag in teamverband;
  • Je hebt een proactieve houding en denkt mee over verbeteringen.
