Hou je ervan om je te verdiepen in de boekhouding en voornamelijk de leiding te nemen wat betreft de btw-aangiftes en maandelijkse afsluitingen? Maar schrikken de verwerking van de aan- en verkoopfacturen en andere financiële transacties je niet af? Dan zit je hier op jouw plek! Je komt terecht in een groeiende firma binnen de automotive sector, in de regio van Vilvoorde.

Je zal de hoofdboekhoudster ondersteunen en bent het aanspreekpunt voor de collega's binnen de leveranciers- en klantenboekhouding. Kortom, een gevarieerde positie waarmee je de volgende stap kan zetten in jouw carrière.

Jouw takenpakket:

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de één van de entiteiten van A tot Y en neemt ook ad hoc taken binnen de boekhouding op. Het team bestaat uit één leveranciersboekhouder en één klantenboekhouder. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de hoofdboekhoudster en ontzorgt haar van de meer complexere taken.

Wat je kan verwachten:

  • Je controleert/biedt ondersteuning bij het debiteuren- en crediteurenbeheer Controleren en verwerken van de aan- en verkoopfacturen Verwerken van de banken en uitvoeren van betalingen Opmaak van de balans en resultaatrekeningen Het verwerken van reconciliaties
  • Daarnaast zal je ook de leiding nemen over de meer complexe taken Je staat autonoom in voor de maand- en jaarafsluitingen met een goed oog op de deadlines Je verzorgt de btw- en andere wettelijke aangiftes Je biedt ondersteuning bij de interne en externe audits
  • Ten slotte zal je ook een analytische kijk bieden op de boekhouding ter ondersteuning van de hoofdboekhoudster Aanleveren van financiële rapporteringeng en analyses Mee nadenken over optimalisaties van de boekhoudkundige processen Bijdragen aan de digitaliseren van de boekhouding

Het ideale profiel:

  • Je valt terug op een Bachelor diploma binnen de boekhouding
  • Ze geven de voorkeur aan iemand al een soortgelijke ervaring heeft opgedaan
  • Affiniteit met de automotive sector is een pluspunt
  • Je neemt graag initiatief, kan structuur in je werk brengen en hebt oog voor detail
  • Aangezien ze actief zijn in de rand rond Brussel, is tweetaligheid een must (NL-FR). Een woordje Engels komt ook van pas!
