Voor een gevestigde, familiale groep in Gent zijn we op zoek naar een boekhouder van A tot Z. Deze functie biedt een doorgroeiperspectief naar Hoofdboekhouder.

Jobomschrijving

  • Verwerken van de volledige boekhouding van A tot Z, inclusief dagelijkse verrichtingen en maandafsluiting
  • Voorbereiden en opvolgen van BTW-aangiftes en andere fiscale verplichtingen
  • Assisteren bij de kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen in nauwe samenwerking met de hoofdboekhouder en CFO
  • Opvolgen van betalingen, inboeken van aan- en verkoopfacturen en bankafschriften
  • Voorbereiden van auditdossiers en meewerken aan analyses voor het management
  • Contact onderhouden met externe accountants, fiscalisten en auditors
  • Actief bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van interne processen binnen het finance team

Must haves:

  • Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige opleiding
  • Minstens 3 jaar relevante ervaring binnen een boekhoudkundige functie
  • Ervaring met een ERP en boekhoudpakket (bij voorkeur Business Central of gelijkwaardig)
  • Goede kennis van Excel
  • Grondige kennis van Belgische boekhoud- en btw-regels
  • Nauwkeurigheid, kritisch denken, gestructureerd werken en voldoende maturiteit om zelfstandig te functioneren

Nice-to-haves:

  • Vlot in rapportering en analytisch ingesteld
  • Ervaring binnen de bouwsector of met projectmatig werken is een pluspunt
  • Kennis van digitalisering en optimalisatieprocessen binnen finance
