Voor onze klant, een bedrijf actief in de metaalsector, zijn we op zoek naar een boekhouder / business controller.

Als de nieuwe Finance & Accounting Officer ben je veel meer dan een dossierbeheerder. Je bent het financiële geweten van onze organisatie. Je beheert de volledige flow — van de dagelijkse boekhouding tot complexe rapporteringen en btw-aangiftes, voor zowel de Belgische als Nederlandse markt.

Je werkt in een rol met veel autonomie, waarbij je direct schakelt met de zaakvoerder om onze onderneming financieel gezond en transparant te houden.

Jouw takenpakket

Je takenpakket is breed en uitdagend, verdeeld over vier kerngebieden:

General Ledger & Closing

  • Volledig beheer van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen en bankverwerking
  • Voorbereiding van de maand- en jaarafsluiting en begeleiding van audits
  • Nauwkeurige opvolging van verbonden vennootschappen

Tax & Compliance

  • Opstellen en indienen van btw-aangiftes (België & Nederland) en Intrastat
  • Rapportering aan officiële instanties zoals Statbel

Credit Management & Risk

  • Actieve opvolging van debiteuren en kredietverzekeringen (o.a. Euler Hermes)
  • Beheer van juridische dossiers en schadedossiers indien nodig

Business Controlling & HR

  • Analyse van verkoopprijzen, marges en transportkosten
  • Voorbereiden van de loonadministratie in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat
  • Opstellen van interne financiële rapportages die de koers van het bedrijf mede bepalen

Wie ben jij?

Om deze rol succesvol in te vullen, beschik je over een gezonde dosis zelfstandigheid en een analytische blik.

  • Je hebt een relevante opleiding genoten en hebt 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in een soortgelijke brede financiële rol
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Kennis van het Frans is een grote troef in ons contact met partners
  • Excel heeft voor jou geen geheimen en je maakt je nieuwe boekhoudpakketten snel eigen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, bent discreet en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen, ook wanneer de mailbox even volstroomt
