Voor een ambitieus boekhoudkantoor in Heist-op-den-Berg zoeken we een Senior Dossierbeheerder die graag zelfstandig werkt, sterk is in klantencontact en energie krijgt van fiscale vraagstukken en advies.

Je krijgt hier de ruimte om zelf beslissingen te nemen, klanten persoonlijk te begeleiden en jouw expertise verder uit te bouwen. Geen functie waarin je enkel uitvoert, maar een rol waarin jouw kennis en ervaring dagelijks het verschil maken.

Hoe zal jouw takenpakket eruit zien?

  • Je neemt volledige verantwoordelijkheid over jouw klantenportefeuille.
  • Je beheert dossiers van A-Z, van verwerking tot afsluiting.
  • Je staat in voor btw-aangiftes, fiscale aangiftes, balansen en resultatenrekeningen.
  • Je maakt belastingsimulaties en detecteert opportuniteiten voor fiscale optimalisatie.
  • Je bent een vaste gesprekspartner van jouw klanten en denkt actief mee met hun onderneming.
  • Je volgt deadlines en dossiers zelfstandig op en bewaakt de kwaliteit.
  • Je werkt samen met de eindverantwoordelijke en kan jouw kennis delen met minder ervaren collega's.

Wat verwachten wij van jou?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt minstens 4 à 5 jaar ervaring binnen een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor.
  • Je kan zelfstandig een dossier van A-Z behandelen.
  • Je hebt een goede fiscale basis en interesse in adviesverlening en optimalisatie.
