Cijfers zijn belangrijk. Maar mensen nog net iets meer.

Bij dit boekhoudkantoor draait het niet om zoveel mogelijk dossiers op een dag afvinken. Wel om ondernemers degelijk begeleiden, helder advies geven en langetermijnrelaties opbouwen waar beide partijen beter van worden.

Ben je iemand die graag structuur brengt, graag meedenkt met klanten en liever correct werkt dan snel-snel? Dan voel je je hier waarschijnlijk snel thuis.

Wat ga je doen?

Als boekhouder of dossierbeheerder beheer je je eigen dossiers van A tot Z, afhankelijk van je ervaring. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en helpt hen verder met boekhouding, fiscaliteit en praktisch ondernemersadvies.

Je werkdagen zijn gevarieerd maar overzichtelijk. Geen chaos om chaos cool te doen.

Concreet betekent dat:

• Inboeken en controleren van aankoop-, verkoop- en financiële documenten

• Voorbereiden en indienen van btw-aangiftes

• Jaarrekeningen en fiscale aangiftes voorbereiden

• Klanten adviseren rond hun cijfers en ondernemerschap

• Mee nadenken over optimalisaties en efficiëntere processen

• Contact houden met klanten op een menselijke, duidelijke manier

• Samenwerken met collega’s die weten waar ze mee bezig zijn

Je komt terecht in een stabiele omgeving waar kwaliteit belangrijker is dan luid roepen dat alles “super dynamisch” is. Iedereen wint daar eigenlijk bij.

Wie zoeken we echt?

• Je hebt ervaring binnen boekhouding of accountancy

• Je kan zelfstandig dossiers opvolgen of wil daar naartoe groeien

• Je werkt nauwkeurig en denkt logisch na

• Je communiceert vlot en professioneel met klanten

• Kennis van fiscaliteit en btw is mooi meegenomen

• Ervaring met boekhoudsoftware is een plus

• Een diploma accountancy-fiscaliteit helpt, maar motivatie en inzicht wegen even hard door

• Je hebt geen zin in opgeblazen kantoorpolitiek. Gezond verstand volstaat meestal.
