Voor een solide en groeiende organisatie in regio Deurne zoeken wij een gedreven Accountant die financiële nauwkeurigheid combineert met een sterke interesse in digitalisatie en procesoptimalisatie. U komt terecht in een professioneel Finance-team waar betrouwbaarheid, kwaliteit en continue verbetering centraal staan. Binnen deze functie gaat u verder dan klassieke boekhouding: u draagt actief bij aan de modernisering en efficiëntie van de financiële processen.

Bent u analytisch sterk, nauwkeurig en gemotiveerd om financiële processen te verbeteren en te digitaliseren? Dan biedt deze rol een inhoudelijk sterke en toekomstgerichte uitdaging binnen een stabiele organisatie.

Jouw takenpakket

  • Dagelijkse verwerking van aankoopfacturen, kosten en bankverrichtingen in het boekhoudsysteem
  • Voorbereiden en uitvoeren van leveranciersbetalingen via ISABEL, inclusief opvolging van aanmaningen
  • Controleren en verwerken van financiële transacties met aandacht voor nauwkeurigheid en compliance
  • Opstellen, indienen en opvolgen van btw-aangiftes
  • Verwerken van intracommunautaire verrichtingenen buitenlandse btw
  • Opmaak en indiening van de klantenlisting
  • Actieve bijdrage aan maand- en jaarafsluitingen
  • Uitvoeren van controles en ondersteunen van financiële analyses en rapportering
  • Detecteren van optimalisatiekansen binnen boekhoudkundige en administratieve processen
  • Initiëren en ondersteunen van digitalisatieprojecten binnen Finance
  • Optimaliseren van financiële systemen (o.a. Navision) met focus op efficiëntie en betrouwbaarheid
  • Opleiden en begeleiden van collega’s in het gebruik van nieuwe tools en financiële systemen

Een bachelor in Accountancy of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring.

  • Enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie
  • Sterke cijfermatige en administratieve vaardigheden
  • Grondige kennis van Excel en ervaring met financiële software/ERP-systemen
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands en Engels (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk)
  • Een proactieve houding en interesse in procesoptimalisatie en digitalisatie
