Voor een internationale onderneming in de regio Tongeren-Borgloon zijn we op zoek naar een Boekhouder (M/V/X) die energie haalt uit een correcte boekhouding, strakke deadlines en een gezonde portie financiële diepgang.

Je komt terecht in een stabiele, groeiende organisatie met internationale uitstraling, waar kwaliteit, samenwerking en continue verbetering centraal staan. Geen stoffige boekhoudrol dus, wel een functie met impact, afwisseling en ruimte om mee te denken.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je ondersteunt bij de maandelijkse en jaarlijkse afsluitingen.
  • Je voert balansreconciliaties uit, volgt verschillen op en denkt mee na over corrigerende acties.
  • Je verwerkt en boekt aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, inclusief een correcte analytische toewijzing van kosten en opbrengsten.
  • Je staat in voor intercompany-reconciliaties en zorgt voor een vlotte afstemming tussen verschillende entiteiten.
  • Je bent een belangrijk aanspreekpunt voor btw-reconciliaties en audits.
  • Je werkt mee aan vennootschapsbelastingverplichtingen en transfer pricing-documentatie.
  • Je verwerkt loonboekingen, provisies en andere loongebonden boekhoudkundige verrichtingen.
  • Je beheert mee de crediteuren- en debiteurenadministratie, inclusief opvolging van openstaande posten en contact met klanten en leveranciers.
  • Je denkt actief mee over de optimalisatie van ERP-systemen, financiële processen en interne controles.
  • Je volgt wijzigingen in wet- en regelgeving op en helpt deze correct implementeren binnen de organisatie.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je beschikt over een bachelordiploma in een financiële of economische richting.
  • Je hebt een goede kennis van algemene boekhouding.
  • Je hebt ervaring met het boeken van aankoopfacturen.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en deadlinegericht.
  • Je bent hands-on en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je bent een teamplayer die vlot samenwerkt met collega's en andere afdelingen.
  • Je communiceert professioneel in het Nederlands en hebt een goede kennis van het Engels.
  • Je denkt oplossingsgericht, neemt initiatief en houdt van verbeteren.
