The posting

  • Je staat in voor de efficiënte organisatie en de correcte verwerking van de boekhouding van de verplichte ziekteverzekering van het NVSM.
  • Je verstrekt de boekhoudkundige informatie (balansen, resultaatrekeningen, …) aan de Financieel Directeur en Schatbewaarder en/of aan externe instanties (RIZIV, Controledienst, Vlaamse overheid, ...).
  • Je waakt over de kwaliteit van de boekhouding als beleidsinstrument.
  • Je volgt mee de budgetten op.
  • Je kan financiële gegevens en trends interpreteren om advies te geven of problemen op te sporen.
  • Je bent mee de drijvende kracht tot het optimaliseren van de processen en procedures binnen de Financiële directie.
  • Je staat als key-user / projectleider mee in voor de verdere uitrol, support en optimalisering van het gebruik van de boekhoudsoftware Adfinity/Easi.
  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in een bedrijfskundige, financiële en/of economische richting, met praktische kennis van boekhouding. Of een bachelor specialisatie boekhouding met enkele jaren ervaring. Een zeer grondige kennis van boekhoudtechnieken is noodzakelijk.
  • Ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie is een vereiste.
  • Kennis van de boekhoudsoftware Adfinity/Easi is een pluspunt.
  • Je troeven zijn : nauwkeurigheid, ordelijk, enthousiast werken met cijfers en probleemoplossend vermogen.
  • Je stelt hoge kwaliteitseisen en neemt graag initiatief tot verbetering.
  • Je werkt even graag zelfstandig als in teamverband en beschikt over verantwoordelijkheidszin.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met het MS-Office pakket en je hebt meer specifiek een goede kennis van Excel.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Frans.
