The posting

Is Hasselt te ver voor u? In dit klein boekhoudkantoor dicht bij de grens met Nederland stap je in als medior dossierbeheerder. Je hebt eigen verantwoordelijkheid, maar je krijgt ook de tijd om de dossiers en klanten te leren kennen.

Jij

  • leert eerst de bestaande dossiers grondig kennen en neemt ze daarna stap voor stap over;
  • voert dossiers van A-Y en groeit door tot volledige A-Z:
  • verwerken van aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, banken en diverse posten,
  • voorbereiden van btw-aangiften,
  • opmaken van voorbereidingen voor jaarafsluitingen en aangiften personen- en vennootschapsbelasting,
  • meeschrijven aan het verhaal richting eindbesprekingen;
  • onderhoudt rechtstreeks contact met klanten: telefoons, mails en klantbezoeken waar nodig;
  • denkt mee over efficiëntere, digitale werkwijzen - het kantoor werkt al digitaal en wil dat nog verder uitrollen;
  • groeit op termijn uit tot een vaste pijler in het kantoor, iemand waar klanten én collega's op kunnen bouwen.

Je wordt rustig ingewerkt door de huidige vennoot en zijn zoon: geen sprong in het diepe, wel een doordachte overdracht.

Dit zoeken ze in jou:

  • Bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit of een gelijkwaardige, relevante financiële/economische bachelor.
  • 3 jaar ervaring in een boekhoud- of accountantskantoor: je hebt dus een eerste, stevige werkervaring achter de rug.
  • Je kan al behoorlijk zelfstandig werken aan dossiers, maar wil nog bijleren richting volledige A-Z.
  • Je voelt je thuis in een klein, familiaal kantoor waar iedereen elkaar kent en aanspreekt.
  • Je bent eerder rustig en evenwichtig, maar variatie in persoonlijkheden vind je net fijn.
  • Je bent graag lange termijn betrokken: je denkt niet in jaren, maar in een traject.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands met lokale klanten.

Ambitie om op termijn mee het kantoor te trekken en eventueel vennoot te worden? Dat wordt hier niet gezien als "overambitieus", maar als een plus.
