Om de ondersteunende dienst van Impact - en meer bepaald de financiële dienst - te versterken, zijn wij op zoek naar een nieuwe collega die thuis is in financiën.

Welk takenpakket hebben wij in petto?

- Leveranciersboekhouding: verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande facturen.

- Klantenboekhouding.

- Opmaak en opvolging van begrotingen, subsidies en projecten.

- Dagelijkse verwerking van vaste activa en periodieke verrichtingen.

- Prognoses afschrijvingen opstellen.

- Controle van dossiers (voorraden, banken, kassen, etc.).

- Afsluiting en resultaatsboekingen.

- Energieboekhouding.

- Inventarisopvolging.

Verder zien wij onze nieuwe collega op de dienst financiën graag fungeren als brugfiguur. Je vervangt als back-up afwezige collega’s en helpt mee drukke periodes opvangen. Je bent ook een brugfiguur tussen de ondersteunende dienst en al onze organisaties. Je geeft uitleg aan nieuwe collega’s en maakt hen wegwijs in de financiële flow en onze boekhoudkundige programma’s.

Kortom, onze nieuwe collega zal de verantwoordelijkheid nemen over een aantal financiële en boekhoudkundige taken, niet enkel uitvoerend, maar ook wat betreft het opvolgen van flows en systemen.

Wie of wat is Impact?

Impact is een krachtig collectief van meer dan 45 basis- en secundaire scholen (verbonden aan het Gemeenschapsonderwijs), van welzijnsvoorzieningen, internaten, een CLB, een leersteuncentrum en een ondersteunende dienst uit de regio Brugge/Torhout/Oostkust. Meer dan 2.400 Impacters zetten zich elke dag in voor zowel de onderwijssector als de welzijnssector.

  • Je beschikt over een volledige boekhoudkundige kennis. In die zin mikken wij op kandidaten met een diploma boekhouden(-informatica) of accountancy-fiscaliteit (bachelor/graduaatniveau) of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je kan enkele jaren relevante boekhoudkundige kennis en ervaring voorleggen.
  • In functie van de klantenboekhouding is ervaring met fiscale fiches een pluspunt.
  • Je werkt efficiënt en nauwkeurig.
  • Je bent leergierig.
  • Je kan autonoom werken, maar bent tevens een teamplayer.
  • Onze nieuwe collega denkt probleemoplossend en zoekt creatief en proactief naar budgetopportuniteiten en communiceert hierover actief naar directies en leidinggevenden.
  • Je bent stressbestendig en flexibel. In drukke periodes steek je al eens graag een tandje bij. 🤯
  • Je beschikt over sterke digitale vaardigheden en je kan snel overweg met nieuwe programma’s.
  • Je bezit uiteraard ons DALI-DNA (of hebt de wil om die te ontwikkelen). 🚀
