Op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging als hoofdboekhouder, senior accountant of financieel verantwoordelijke? Voor een gevestigde organisatie gespecialiseerd in totaaloplossingen zoeken we een ervaren boekhoudkundige professional die het volledige financiële beheer op zich neemt. Een mooie kans om een sleutelrol op te nemen binnen een KMO en gebruik te maken van een uitgebreide overdracht door de huidige hoofdboekhouder.

Concreet bestaat het takenpakket uit:

  • Inkoopboekhouding: opvolgen en controleren van inkomende facturen en boekingen
  • Verkoopfacturatie: opmaken van verkoopfacturen op basis van gegevens uit het ERP-systeem en de vorderings- en eindstaten van de projectleiders
  • Verkoopboekhouding: controleren van facturen en opvolgen van openstaande posten
  • Betalingen: uitvoeren en controleren van betalingen
  • Cashflow en liquiditeit: opvolgen van inkomende betalingen, cashflow en beschikbare liquiditeiten
  • Fiscaliteit: voorbereiden en indienen van btw-aangiftes en IC-aangiftes
  • Jaarrekening: voorbereiden van de jaarafsluiting en jaarrekening
  • Rapportering: analyseren van de financiële resultaten en rapporteren aan het management
  • Audits en controles: ondersteunen en opvolgen van financiële controles en audits
  • Solide ervaring in een gelijkaardige boekhoudkundige functie
  • Ervaring als hoofdboekhouder, senior accountant, accountant of financieel verantwoordelijke is een plus
  • Analytisch, nauwkeurig en gestructureerde werker
  • Zowel operationeel als strategisch kan meedenken
  • Vlot communiceert met collega's, projectleiders, management en externe partijen
  • Digitaal vaardig is en vlot met ERP- en boekhoudkundige systemen werkt
  • Zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid opneemt over de financiële administratie
  • Ervaring heeft binnen de bouwsector of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving (Dit is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste)
