Voor een stabiel en groeiend bedrijf actief binnen de technische dienstverlening in Sint-Niklaas zijn we op zoek naar allround medewerker die zich thuis voelt binnen boekhouding en personeelsadministratie. In deze functie krijg je een brede verantwoordelijkheid en werk je nauw samen met de collega's die instaan voor de financiële en operationele opvolging van de onderneming.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder meer uit:

  • Verwerken en administratief opvolgen van inkomende financiële documenten.
  • Voorbereiden en verwerken van uitgaande facturatie.
  • Opvolgen van betalingen en openstaande posten.
  • Onderhouden van contacten rond facturen en administratieve dossiers.
  • Verzamelen en verwerken van gegevens voor de loonadministratie.
  • Opvolgen van personeelsgegevens, afwezigheden en verlof.
  • Administratief voorbereiden van indiensttredingen en uitdiensttredingen.
  • Opmaken en beheren van personeelsdocumenten en overeenkomsten.
  • Opvolgen van diverse personeelsvoordelen en administratieve formaliteiten.
  • Ondersteuning bieden bij algemene financiële en administratieve werkzaamheden.

Je herkent jezelf in volgende eigenschappen:

  • Je volgde een opleiding binnen boekhouding, administratie, HR of een aanverwant domein. Relevante ervaring en de juiste ingesteldheid zijn minstens even belangrijk!
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en hebt oog voor details.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig prioriteiten bepalen en deadlines bewaken.
  • Je bent discreet wanneer je met financiële of personeelsinformatie werkt.
  • Je bent vlot met administratieve software en leert nieuwe systemen snel aan.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk en werkt graag samen met anderen.
  • Je merkt problemen op en zoekt actief naar praktische oplossingen.
