Robert Half is momenteel op zoek naar een Boekhouder met interesse in HR (m/v/x) voor een dynamisch KMO bedrijf in de regio Gent.

Ben jij een ervaren finance professional die graag verder kijkt dan cijfers alleen? Zoek je een veelzijdige functie waarin je financiële verantwoordelijkheden combineert met HR-taken en rechtstreeks samenwerkt met de zaakvoerders? Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen;
  • Waken over de kwaliteit en correctheid van de boekhouding;
  • Ondersteunen en controleren van de A-Y Accountant;
  • Uitvoeren van financiële controles en analyses;
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van btw-aangiftes;
  • Samenwerken met de externe revisor tijdens audits en jaarafsluitingen;
  • Optimaliseren van rapporteringen, financiële processen en dashboards.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor de loonverwerking in samenwerking met het sociaal secretariaat;
  • Opvolgen van tijdsregistraties en personeelsadministratie;
  • Opstellen van arbeidscontracten en HR-documentatie;
  • Contact onderhouden met interimkantoren en opvolgen van interimkrachten;
  • Adviseren rond sociaal-juridische vraagstukken;
  • Opvolgen van wijzigingen binnen de sociale wetgeving.

Jouw profiel

  • Ervaring als Boekhouder, Senior Accountant of in een gelijkaardige financiële functie;
  • Grondige kennis van Belgische boekhoud- en btw-regelgeving;
  • Sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een proactieve mindset;
  • Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail;
  • Vlotte kennis van het Nederlands;
  • Je voelt je thuis in een dynamische KMO-omgeving waar initiatief en betrokkenheid centraal staan.
