Ben jij sterk met cijfers, werk je graag nauwkeurig en vind je het minstens even belangrijk om mensen helder verder te helpen? Dan hebben wij bij De Syndicus een mooie uitdaging voor jou. Als Boekhouder VME beheer je de financiële opvolging van een eigen portefeuille van Verenigingen van Mede-Eigenaars (VME's). Je zorgt ervoor dat de boekhouding klopt, betalingen tijdig gebeuren en eigenaars een duidelijk antwoord krijgen op hun financiële vragen. Ervaring met VME's of vastgoed is mooi meegenomen, maar geen must. Veel belangrijker voor ons zijn jouw boekhoudkundige basis, verantwoordelijkheidszin en zin om bij te leren. Wij begeleiden je zodat je kan uitgroeien tot een echte specialist in de boekhouding van mede-eigendommen. En je staat er nooit alleen voor. Je werkt nauw samen met de gebouwenbeheerder van jouw dossiers en krijgt ondersteuning van een ervaren administratief team.

Wat ga je doen?

Als financieel aanspreekpunt van jouw VME's combineer je boekhouding, opvolging en communicatie.

Je:

  • voert de dubbele boekhouding van jouw VME's en verwerkt onder andere aankoopfacturen, banktransacties, opvragingen en diverse boekingen;
  • zorgt voor een correcte crediteurenopvolging, maakt betaalbestanden op en ziet erop toe dat facturen tijdig worden betaald;
  • volgt de debiteuren op en neemt actie wanneer betalingen van eigenaars uitblijven;
  • bewaakt budgetten en volgt de cashplanning van jouw VME's op;
  • stelt de jaarrekeningen op en bereidt de financiële afrekeningen voor de algemene vergadering voor;
  • bezorgt notarissen de nodige financiële informatie bij de verkoop van een appartement of andere entiteit;
  • beantwoordt financiële vragen van eigenaars en rekeningcommissarissen op een duidelijke en professionele manier;
  • overlegt regelmatig met de gebouwenbeheerder en het administratieve team over jouw dossiers.

Kortom: jij zorgt ervoor dat de financiële kant van onze gebouwen klopt – tot in de details.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken niet zomaar iemand die graag met cijfers werkt. We zoeken een boekhouder die ook graag communiceert, verantwoordelijkheid neemt en overzicht bewaart.

Je:

  • werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en georganiseerd;
  • krijgt voldoening van een boekhouding die volledig klopt;
  • communiceert vlot en professioneel met eigenaars, collega's en externe partners;
  • kan hoofd- en bijzaken van elkaar onderscheiden en stelt de juiste prioriteiten;
  • blijft rustig wanneer verschillende dossiers tegelijk jouw aandacht vragen;
  • gaat discreet en betrouwbaar om met financiële informatie;
  • neemt ownership over je eigen dossiers;
  • werkt graag zelfstandig, maar vindt samenwerken minstens even belangrijk;
  • bent nieuwsgierig en hebt zin om je verder te verdiepen in VME- en vastgoedboekhouding.

Wat breng je mee?

Bij voorkeur beschik je over:

  • een bachelor Accountancy-Fiscaliteit, Bedrijfsmanagement, Boekhouden of een andere relevante opleiding, of gelijkwaardige ervaring;
  • een goede kennis van boekhoudkundige principes en dubbele boekhouding;
  • een uitstekende kennis van het Nederlands, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk;
  • een goede tot zeer goede kennis van Excel en Outlook.

Ervaring met Syndesk, Syndixis, VME-beheer, vastgoedboekhouding of de syndicuswereld is een pluspunt, maar zeker geen vereiste.
