Ze zijn recent overgenomen waardoor ze nog volop in een transitiefase zitten met enkele interne wijzigingen en de overstap naar Microsoft Dynamics Business Central. De bedoeling is natuurlijk om er beter uit te komen.

Je takenpakket als BOEKHOUDKUNDIG ADMINISTRATIEF MEDEWERKER & OPERATIONS te Lier bestaat uit 3 grote delen:

Financiële en boekhoudkundige administratie:

Je zorgt voor een correcte en tijdige verwerking van alle financiële transacties in Business Central:

  • Dagelijkse boekhouding in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Herkennen en boeken van aankoopfacturen (goederen en diensten)
  • Facturatie van verkoop- en retourbonnen, inclusief verzending via Peppol
  • Financieel verwerken van bankafschriften (CODA)
  • Verwerken van lonen (SODA)
  • Wekelijkse betalingsrun crediteuren via Isabel

Debiteurenbeheer:

Je bewaakt actief de openstaande klantentegoeden en communiceert pro-actief:

  • Opvolging van betalingen klanten en openstaande facturen
  • Contacten met klanten over openstaande documenten
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van betaalafspraken en afbetalingsplannen
  • Wekelijkse interne rapportage debiteuren aan de leidinggevende

Operationele aankoop, logistiek & facility:

Je ondersteunt de operations manager bij de dagelijkse operationele werking van de onderneming:

  • Genereren en opvolgen van aankoopbestellingen in ons ERP pakket
  • Controleren en matchen van leverbons en aankoopfacturen
  • Opvolgen van stocktellingen en verwerken van stockcorrecties
  • Opvolging van transport en leveringen
  • Beheer van creditnota's voor ruil van europaletten
  • Opvolgen van dienstenleveranciers: energie, onderhoud en herstellingen

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor deze functie van BOEKHOUDKUNDIG ADMINISTRATIEF MEDEWERKER & OPERATIONS zoeken we volgend profiel:

  • Bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar relevante werkervaring met boekhoudkundige taken
  • Je hebt affiniteit met cijfers en je bent nauwkeurig en georganiseerd
  • Vertrouwdheid met Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC) is een sterk pluspunt
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands; kennis van het Frans is een extra troef
