Als Boekhoudkundig Bediende regio Zedelgem kom je terecht in een jong en dynamisch team waar je zelfstandig instaat voor een gevarieerd boekhoudkundig takenpakket. Je verwerkt facturen, volgt klanten en leveranciers op en ondersteunt bij btw-aangiftes. Heb je al ervaring en wil je op termijn ook rapportering en analyses opnemen? Dan krijg je hier alle ruimte om mee te groeien. Voltijds of 4/5, €8 maaltijdcheques, 12 ADV-dagen en mooie werkuren van 8u tot 16u30.

De functie inhoud Wat doe je als Boekhoudkundig Bediende regio Zedelgem?

  • Je verwerkt en boekt inkomende facturen en financiële verrichtingen.
  • Klanten- en leveranciersrekeningen volg je op en je bewaakt openstaande betalingen.
  • Je maakt facturen, voorschotten en creditnota's op.
  • Ondersteuning bij btw-aangiftes en administratieve boekhoudkundige taken behoort tot jouw verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de externe boekhouder.
  • Op termijn krijg je de kans om je verder te verdiepen in rapportering en analyses.
  • Met de volledige overstap naar Odoo komen er bovendien extra mogelijkheden om processen en rapportering te verbeteren.

Onze klant Als Boekhoudkundig Bediende kom je terecht in een modern kantoor regio Zedelgem met een jong team en een informele sfeer. Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid, maar kan rekenen op ondersteuning van een externe boekhouder. Bovendien is er ruimte om mee te bouwen aan de verdere digitalisering en rapportering binnen de organisatie. Ben jij de Boekhoudkundige Bediende die we zoeken?

  • Je hebt ervaring in een boekhoudkundige functie. Een specifieke opleiding is mooi meegenomen, maar ervaring primeert.
  • Hands-on, zelfstandig en proactief: je ziet werk en neemt initiatief.
  • Je bent vlot met MS Office. Ervaring met Odoo is een grote plus; Exact is mooi meegenomen.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft uitstekend Nederlands en kan je goed uit de slag trekken in het Engels. Frans is een plus.
  • Je wil jouw boekhoudkundige kennis verder uitbreiden richting rapportering en analyse.
