Voor onze klant, gaan wij op zoek naar een Administratief bediende boekhouding regio Assenede.

Jouw takenpakket als Administratief bediende boekhouding:

  • Verwerken en controleren van aankoopfacturen
  • Opstellen en verwerken van verkoopfacturen
  • Verwerken en opvolgen van bestelbonnen en leveringsbonnen
  • Controleren of bestelbonnen, leveringsbonnen en facturen correct met elkaar overeenstemmen
  • Dagelijks werken met Exact Online
  • Voorbereiden, opstellen en opvolgen van leasing- en kredietdossiers
  • Bewaken van een correcte documentenstroom, van bestelling tot betaling
  • Uitvoeren van andere financiële en administratieve ondersteunende taken

Profiel

Dit kan jij afvinken als Administratief bediende boekhouding:

  • Je hebt ervaring als administratief bediende binnen een boekhoudkundige of financiële omgeving
  • Je kunt vlot werken met Exact Online en hebt aantoonbare ervaring met dit programma
  • Je hebt ervaring met Isabel 6
  • Je beschikt over een grondige praktische kennis van btw
  • Je hebt ervaring met aankoop- en verkoopfacturen, bestelbonnen en leveringsbonnen
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, ordelijk en gestructureerd
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en de juiste prioriteiten stellen
  • Je hebt inzicht in de taken die moeten gebeuren en wacht niet steeds op instructies
  • Je durft initiatief te nemen en denkt actief mee met het bedrijf
  • Je begrijpt administratieve en boekhoudkundige processen van A tot Z
  • Je kunt fouten niet alleen opmerken, maar ook analyseren en de oorzaak ervan achterhalen
  • Je gaat discreet en vertrouwelijk om met financiële en bedrijfsgevoelige informatie
  • Je bent betrouwbaar, verantwoordelijk en betrokken
