Boekhoudkundig Medewerker - Maasmechelen - Voltijdse functie

Heb jij een passie voor cijfers en werk je graag proactief? In deze rol sta je centraal in onze financiële administratie en ondersteun je de boekhouding, zodat alle processen vlot en accuraat verlopen. Je krijgt de kans om binnen een groeiende organisatie je vaardigheden uit te breiden en verantwoordelijkheden te vergroten.

  • Heb je ervaring met administratieve of boekhoudkundige werkzaamheden?
  • Werk je graag in teamverband en communiceer je helder?
  • Sta je open om je verder te ontwikkelen en nieuwe verantwoordelijkheden aan te nemen?

Wat houdt de functie in?

  • Verwerken van inkomende en uitgaande facturen en opmaken van verkoopfacturen.
  • Afhandelen van bestellingen en onderhouden van contacten met leveranciers.
  • Bijhouden van alle documentatie rond bestellingen.
  • Voorbereiden van de benodigde stukken voor de boekhouder.
  • Coördineren van administratieve communicatie met klanten.
  • Stapsgewijs meer commerciële taken op je nemen ter ondersteuning van de groei van de organisatie.

Om succesvol te zijn in deze functie, vragen we een combinatie van vaardigheden en ervaring. We richten ons op competenties en wat nodig is om te slagen.

  • Een diploma in boekhouding of een gelijkwaardige achtergrond.
  • Een gedreven en resultaatgerichte houding, gericht op groei en samenwerking.
  • Flexibiliteit en het vermogen je snel aan te passen aan veranderingen.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Bereidheid om op termijn commerciële verantwoordelijkheden te dragen.
